Why do I have to pay a deposit? 

For studio shoots, the deposit is £20 to secure your date and time. Deposits are taken to show intent and commitment from the buyer. Deposits will be used towards your final payment total. 

For weddings, the deposit is £100 to secure your date due to the high demand and potential losses faced if a wedding wasn’t to go ahead. Deposits will be used towards your final payment total. 

Deposits are non-refundable unless there are extreme extenuating circumstances (such as a pandemic or a death). 

How do I reschedule my session?

Get in touch as soon as possible once you’ve realised you need to reschedule and I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date.

What happens if I need to cancel? 

First get in touch and see if we can reschedule.

If you need to cancel your studio booking within 2 weeks of the date of your shoot, your non-refundable deposit will be kept towards losses faced by the photographer. 

If you need to cancel your wedding booking within 6 months of your date, your non-refundable deposit will be kept towards losses faced by the photographer. 

If you are facing extreme extenuating circumstances, please contact me directly to discuss. 

How long will my photoshoot last?

Each different type of shoot has different times. Please take a look at the relevant pages on the website for more information. 

What method of payment do you take?

Payments can be made via paypal, bank transfer or cash. 

What happens before my wedding?

Before your wedding date, usually around 4 weeks before your date you’ll be invited to the studio (or we can meet in the middle) to discuss your big day in more detail. I’ll ask you a lot of questions so I know exactly what your plan is and make sure I know what’s most important to you. Don’t worry, it’ll be super low-key chat to make sure we’re both on the same page. 

Can I bring anyone with me to the studio? 

Of course! Partners, friends, family, children, besties are always welcome whether it’s for moral support or to join in on the fun. Just let me know ahead of time so I can be sure to have enough drinks and snacks! 

How do I get my photos? 

After your session is over and your photos have been edited you’ll receive an email with a link and a password to your very own secure online gallery where you can view your images. If you’ve already paid for some images at this point or your session had some included you’ll be able to download the agreed number straight away. 

For studio shoots, the turnaround time is 4-7 days. 

For weddings, the turnaround time is up to 6 weeks, occasionally during peak season turnaround time can be up to 8-10 weeks.
